Product Ordering and Manufacturing

1. All products offered on our website are made to order and are subject to a manufacturing time of up to 2 business days before they are ready for shipping.  If you would like your order for a specific date, please email us at info@xohodesign.com.au and we will try and help you out.

2. We are based in Sydney, Australia, and all products are shipped from this location unless otherwise stated.

Product Quality

1. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor marks or imperfections may be present on the Products. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the Products and are considered normal within industry standards.

Colors Disclaimer

Please note that the colors displayed on your screen may differ from the actual product colors. We make every effort to ensure that our product images accurately represent the products; however, due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and display technologies, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will perfectly match the actual product.

Additionally, we do not guarantee that the colours of our products will match or coordinate with any specific home decor elements, such as tiles, walls, tapware, or other items. The product colours may appear different depending on the lighting conditions and surrounding decor in your space.

By purchasing from our online store, you acknowledge and accept these colour variations and understand that exact colour matching is not guaranteed.

Refunds

A refund or exchange will be issued if the product that you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described. Due to the handmade nature of our business we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Payment

1. Prices for Products are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default unless but can be shown in other currencies. The total price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. 

2. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping

1. We use Australia Post for the shipping out our products. The shipping times based on their destination are as follows:

Australia: 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas and 3-7 days for remote areas

New Zealand: 8 – 12 business days

United Staes and Canada: 6-10 business days

UK and Europe: 6-12 business days

Other countries in Asia:6-10 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post. Xoho does not take responsibility for any additional time required for the delivery of the parcels.

2. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. We will provide you with a tracking number once the item has been shipped to your destination.

3. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be applied to your order by your local customs authorities.

Returns and Refunds

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 10 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team (info@xohodesign.com.au) for instructions on how to return the item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our website and purchasing Products, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
